It's great that you're here. So that we can get to know each other – a quick round of introductions: Who are you, what's your handicap, which home club do you play for, and is there a Senior moment, which has changed your golf game the most in the last 2-3 years?
I'll start: Mathias, 68, HCPI 19.4 (Home club: Gut Waldhof, but regularly also Wendlohe and Falkenstein). My senior aha moment was realizing that σ-consistency (dispersion width) saves more strokes than 10 meters more carry. Sounds trivial, but for me it was a real shift in training focus: away from the super-speed distance hunt, towards mechanics drills and half-swing methodology. It worked statistically – since the switch, I've lowered my HCPI from 25.0 to 19.4.
